The learning experiences described in this book will help young people strengthen their ability to understand and regulate their anxiety and build greater personal resiliency. These essential personal strengths can help young people achieve greater success academically, socially and emotionally.
The 50 activities in this book can be utilized as a step-by-step program to enable growth for a teen or group of teens. Or, selected activities can be used separately based on the preferences of the adult and the needs of the youth(s). Each activity takes about 20 minutes.
